    ThermoVue Pro2 puts live belt temperature, ambient temperature, ride history, and display controls on one compact 2-inch touchscreen.     Built for side-by-side vehicles, it helps you see heat building, review the current or previous ride, set a visual Hot Belt warning, and tune the screen for bright daylight or a dark cab.

  • Live belt and ambient temperature: a large belt readout, ambient value, color temperature bar, and clear READY, NO SENSOR, or STALE status.

  • Current and previous ride history: review average, lowest, and peak temperature plus a color trend graph; toggle between LIVE and the saved LAST ride.
  •         
  • Belt-use context: view estimated Belt Active time, time in Pro2's 220°F Hot Zone, the percentage of active time spent hot, and the stored belt installation date.
  •         
  • Adjustable visual warning: set the Hot Belt threshold from the touchscreen and switch the complete temperature interface between Fahrenheit and Celsius.

  • Day brightness: adjust in 5-point steps, with an extra-low 1% option for very dark conditions.

  • One-tap Night Mode: tap the moon for a red-and-black interface with a 10% backlight; tap the sun to return to Day Mode.

  • Optional headlight-triggered dimming: with the approved vehicle-dim interface, choose a saved Dim Level from 15% to 75% in precise 5% steps.

  • Dimmest-setting-wins logic: Day brightness, vehicle dimming, and Night Mode can never make one another brighter. A five-second bright startup grace keeps the display visible before an active headlight dim request is applied.

  • Touchscreen navigation: swipe or tap through ride data, settings, and large on-screen controls.

  • Automatic sensor retry: if sensor communication drops, Pro2 resets and retries the connection while keeping missing or stale data out of ride counters and automatic decisions.

  • No-app wireless updates: install official Pro2 updates from a phone or computer through the unit's local browser page; no app or data cable is required.

        Cooling-request note: Pro2 V1_14 can calculate and display a cooling request and selected FAN or MIST icon. It does not switch an external fan, pump, relay, or cooling controller output.       

      

        ThermoVue is a monitoring aid. Install it securely, keep the infrared sensor aimed directly at the belt, and follow the vehicle and belt manufacturers' inspection, temperature, and operating guidance.
